Principal
Stephen Psaila-Savona is the Principal of Insight: Workforce and Business Consulting. Stephen has 25 years of experience, with a specific interest in workforce and business management. Stephen is tertiary qualified in Psychology, Education, Business and Management. He is a fellow of Leadership WA; a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds an Executive Masters in Public Administration. He has held various executive positions, and has experience in the public, private and community sectors.
Stephen is passionate about supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged people. He has worked in the disability, aged care, health, mental health and workers’ compensation sectors, and enjoys achieving outcomes to give people better lives. In 2020, Stephen ran a solo 42km marathon to raise funds for people living on Perth’s streets.
