Workshop 3: ‘Real’ Management

This workshop is great for those new to management, or those who just need a refresher. In this workshop, we focus on essential ‘people’ and ‘task’ management competencies necessary to be a great manager, but prepare to be challenged as we dive into the emotional intelligence required to be an exceptional manager.
